As our Payroll Implementation Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the new payroll and award interpretation systems, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while training and coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and delivering a seamless transition. By the time you join the team, the project will be in the prepare to build phase. You will lead the final implementation, overseeing solution configuration, testing, stakeholder engagement, and go-live readiness.

Reporting to the Payroll Responsible, you will partner closely with the Payroll Coordinators, People Manager, Finance, and global stakeholders to lead the successful delivery of the payroll implementation.
