South32 Group Operations Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Specialist Payroll Governance for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Perth. The role focuses on governance, compliance and analytics across global payroll, with an emphasis on automation, AI-enabled tools and strong stakeholder collaboration.

You will support robust controls, drive continuous improvement, and translate regulatory changes into actionable recommendations within a hybrid office/remote setup.
