We are seeking an experienced Project Data Lead to join our national People Systems, Data & Performance team on a full-time maximum-term contract.
This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in one of SVHA's largest workforce and payroll transformation programs. As the subject matter expert for workforce, payroll and reporting data, you will provide leadership across the design, integration, migration and expansion of the UKG Pro and Frontier iChris ecosystem.
Working at the intersection of people, technology, payroll, finance and analytics, you will ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and seamless integration across multiple systems and business units. You will partner with stakeholders across the organisation and external vendors to support successful implementation, testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation of workforce systems. This role can be based in Sydney, or Brisbane with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.
You are an experienced data professional with a strong background in workforce, payroll and enterprise systems. You have a proven ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating complex requirements into practical solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
You thrive in large-scale transformation environments and enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders to improve processes, strengthen data integrity and enable better decision-making.
