Job summary

St Vincent's Health Australia is seeking an experienced Project Data Lead to drive a national workforce data and analytics program. The role supports the UKG Pro and Frontier iChris ecosystem across Australia with a focus on governance, data integrity, reporting and integrations.

You will partner with People & Culture, Payroll, Finance and IT teams to deliver scalable reporting capabilities for over 30,000 employees.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data and reporting workstreams within large HRIS, Workforce Management and Payroll programs.
• Strong ability to translate requirements into data definitions and reporting solutions.
• Proven data migration, reconciliation, and data quality management expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead data governance, migration, reconciliation and validation across workforce, payroll and finance systems.
• Translate requirements into data models, mappings, and reporting specifications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Manage external vendors and integration projects.
