Fresh Clinics on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to own payroll operations, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance within a stand-alone role. You will partner with Finance and People & Culture, coordinating with an outsourced payroll provider.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role focuses on overseeing payroll activities, reconciling payroll reports, and resolving payroll queries while acting as the internal payroll subject matter expert with back-up support

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Payroll Specialist to take ownership of the payroll function, working closely with Finance and People & Culture.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Finance, this is a stand‑alone position responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring compliance and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of payroll information.

The business operates an outsourced payroll model, so rather than processing every pay run yourself, you'll coordinate with the external payroll provider, oversee payroll activities, manage reconciliations and resolve payroll queries. You'll be the internal payroll subject matter expert, with support and back‑up available from the Finance team.
