Job summary

GHD is seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst in Brisbane to support and enhance payroll systems and processes with a focus on Australian compliance. You will work with ADP GlobalView (GV) as the primary platform, ensuring data integrity and regulatory adherence while contributing to global payroll transformation efforts.

The role requires 5+ years in payroll systems or compliance, strong ADP GV knowledge, and a solid understanding of Australian payroll legislation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payroll systems or compliance-related role.
• Strong working knowledge of ADP GlobalView (GV).
• In-depth understanding of Australian payroll legislation (Fair Work, Superannuation, PAYG, etc.).
• Experience in process improvement and system implementation.
• High attention to detail with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP Payroll is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a key member of the fortnightly payroll processing team, ensuring payroll activities are completed accurately and within established timeframes.
• Support payroll operations for Australia while contributing to global payroll transformation initiatives.
• Maintain and support ADP GlobalView (GV) payroll system functionality, updates, and integrations.
• Drive legislative compliance across payroll processes and reporting obligations.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide system-related support and guidance to the payroll team.
• Provide training on new systems and process changes to ensure team readiness and consistency.
• Develop and maintain payroll process documentation and policies.
• Analyse payroll data and produce accurate reporting for stakeholders.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Payroll Systems Analyst in Brisbane to support and enhance the GHD payroll systems and processes. The role will have a strong focus on compliance with Australian legislation and industry best practice.

This role ensures data integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across payroll operations, using ADP GlobalView (GV) as the primary platform.

This position offers a variety of work and will see you:

To be successful in this role you will require the following:

• 5+ years' experience in payroll systems or compliance-related role.
• Strong working knowledge of ADP GlobalView (GV).
