Job summary

Advara HeartCare is seeking a Medical Receptionist on a permanent part-time basis to support our busy cardiology clinic in Sydney. The role focuses on front desk operations, patient scheduling, and seamless clinic administration to ensure exceptional patient experiences.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership, at least 3 years' health-sector experience, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, with flexibility across 4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Front desk and patient-facing duties across a medical clinic.
• Ability to manage diary and appointments with KPIs.
• Billing and day-end reconciliation responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Daily front desk operations: answering phones, scheduling patients, and managing the clinic diary.
• Diary management for consultations, tests, and admissions per targets and protocols.
• Manage daily billing, banking, and month-end tasks to support clinic finances.
• Support Practice Manager and drive culture and efficiency within the team.
