The role involves sandwich and cold item prep, tray assembly, dishwashing and trolley handling, contributing to patient care and overall kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing, plating and distributing patient meals and refreshments.
• Interpret patient diet lists to support accurate meal service requirements.
• Perform general kitchen duties including dishwashing, cleaning and trolley handling.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
• Work safely while undertaking manual handling activities and daily kitchen operations.
