Working across our adult and paediatric services, you'll support patients, children and families navigating neurological, developmental and other complex conditions. This requires warmth, sensitivity and the ability to make what can be an overwhelming healthcare journey feel clear and well supported.

This is a part-time role with the possibility of evolving into full-time.
You’ll be the key point of contact for new patients, families and referrers, working across adult and paediatric services to support patients, children and families navigating neurological, developmental and other complex conditions. $35–$40 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience and capability, plus a performance incentive scheme linked to agreed patient engagement, service and business performance measures.
