An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced senior Registered Nurse to join the Patient Flow Team at Manning Hospital as Patient Flow Manager.
Our Patient Flow Team plays a vital role in ensuring patients experience a safe, seamless and efficient journey through the hospital. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, the team coordinates admissions, transfers and discharges while identifying opportunities to improve patient flow and the overall care experience. Reporting to the Deputy Director of Nursing & Midwifery, you will work alongside a collaborative group of Nurse Managers and key clinical and operational teams to ensure patient flow remains responsive to the needs of patients, families and the service.
This is a Monday–Friday, morning shift position, providing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
