biio. is opening a Sydney clinic and seeks a capable leader to run the space and lead the patient experience team. The role blends frontline patient contact with day-to-day operations management, with rapid progression to clinic leadership as the team grows.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients, coordinate appointments and logistics, and support clinicians to keep time focused on care, while building a Sydney-based team in collaboration with existing Perth and Melbourne operations.

Most people who reach biio. have spent years being passed between providers, retelling their story to clinicians who each saw a fragment. By the time they arrive, they're tired and unsure this will be any different. In Sydney, you're the first person who starts to change that — and, as the clinic finds its feet, the person who runs it.

About biio.

biio. cares for people with complex invisible illness — conditions that cross body systems and that fragmented healthcare handles poorly. We bring several disciplines into one coordinated service so a patient is understood once, rather than pieced together across appointments. In two years we've cared for more than 4,500 people across more than 18,000 consults and grown to a team of more than 50. We're open in Melbourne and Perth, and are now opening a Sydney clinic in July — our second east-coast site, with Brisbane to follow.

The role

The role has real breadth — equal parts frontline and operational. On one side, the patient and clinician experience: the people you meet, support and steady every day. On the other, running the space itself. You start hands-on across both and step quickly into leadership as the clinic's primary manager. Day to day you'll:

• be the first point of contact for patients, by phone, email and in person
• coordinate appointments and the logistics around them, including the last-minute changes symptoms force
• keep clinicians supported so their time stays with patients
• manage the day-to-day operations of the space — and, as it grows, build and lead a Sydney team of patient experience coordinators
• work alongside our Perth & Melbourne operations team while the Sydney clinic establishes

What it turns on

The real work is judgment: knowing when a scheduling question is really a worry, and helping someone feel oriented when the system feels confusing — following through on what you promise, and never promising what medicine cannot guarantee.

People often arrive from healthcare administration, care coordination, allied health support, patient services or hospitality — maturity and judgment matter more than title. It's not a role for someone wanting low responsibility or a fixed routine.

How it grows

This is a foundational hire. You'll be supported closely at first by our Perth operations team, and given more responsibility quickly as the clinic opens — until you're its primary manager, running the space and leading the patient experience team you'll help build.

Hours and location

The role is full-time and onsite in Collingwood. You'll work closely with both the operations team and Sydney clinicians, in a fast-moving environment where reliability and presence matter.
