Qualifications

• Experience in reception or customer service, ideally in a medical or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Detail-oriented, discreet with confidential information.
• Able to work four days per week on rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and manage reception duties.
• Handle appointment bookings and patient administration.
• Support clinic operations and provide a welcoming experience for every patient.
• Assist other Jones Radiology clinics as needed.
