Job summary

Kaplan Higher Education, trading as KICA, is seeking a seasoned Director, University Partnerships, Adelaide, to lead KICA operations and broaden the Pathways ANZ portfolio through strategic university collaborations. You will shape university partnerships with Adelaide University, drive growth, and ensure exceptional student outcomes.

The role demands strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management excellence and experience delivering strategic initiatives within international education.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in higher education or pathway education.
• Proven success managing university partnerships and complex stakeholder relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic College Leadership - Provide leadership and direction to KICA, ensuring strong academic, operational, financial and student outcomes.
• University Partnership Management - Develop and maintain a highly effective relationship with Adelaide University, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, governance expectations and long-term partnership success.
• Commercial Growth & Business Development - Identify and evaluate new partnership opportunities, revenue streams and strategic ventures for sustainable growth.
• Operational Excellence - Drive performance against enrolment, retention, quality, compliance, financial and student satisfaction targets.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Represent Kaplan in senior-level discussions with university partners, government agencies, regulators and industry stakeholders.
• Innovation & Transformation - Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency, student experience, marketing effectiveness and business performance.
• Team Leadership & Culture - Develop and inspire a diverse, multi-functional team with an inclusive culture.
• Strategic Planning & Portfolio Contribution - Contribute to Pathways ANZ strategic priorities for diversification and growth.
