Job summary

Healius is seeking an experienced Facilitator to train and coach pathology collectors across our national network. You'll deliver consistent, high‑quality training, onboard new staff, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Lead by example with a proactive, independent approach, maintain accurate records and collaborate with Quality and Operations to align with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pathology Collector (essential).
• Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (TAE) is desirable.
• Ability to train, coach and develop others with constructive feedback.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; works autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, high‑quality training and assessment across the network.
• Facilitate onboarding and upskilling of pathology collectors (virtual and face‑to‑face).
• Coach and mentor coaches to standardise training methods.
• Develop and evolve a national training curriculum.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with SOPs.
