Delaware North at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) is seeking a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. You’ll lead pastry production for events and daily service, delivering high-end desserts and pastry items.

Formación

• Proven experience in a commercial pastry kitchen.
• Stock control experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication across all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Assist daily pastry kitchen operations for events and non-event days.
• Prepare high quality pastry items for buffet, events, plated desserts and retail.
• Provide leadership to casual chefs and kitchen staff.
• Maintain a clean, professional workspace.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene standards during high-volume preparation.
• Help monitor department budget and food costs.
• Collaborate with other F&B teams to deliver premium dining.
