Overview

We have exciting opportunities for Check-in Officers located at the International Terminal and are looking for energetic, positive individuals who are passionate about delivering impeccable customer service.

Main Accountabilities

• Passenger check-in
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Validate passport and other travel documents
• Ensure compliance with safety & security requirements
• Use multiple airline check in systems
• Boarding gate duties, including announcements
• Assisting passengers requiring additional assistance, including passengers requiring wheelchair assistance
• Participate in training activities and conduct on the job training
• Adhoc Administration

Qualifications and Experience

• Efficient computer and typing skills
• Professional and courteous communication skills, both verbal and written
• High level attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Ability to problem solve and complete work accurately within a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
• Maintain to work cohesively in a team environment
• Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster without restrictions
• Applicants will be required to undergo a Police check, Airport security check and pre-employment medical as part of the standard conditions of employment
