Job summary

Freighter Group in Campbelltown is seeking a motivated Parts Storeperson to join our Service Centre. This hands-on role ensures parts, warehouse, and workshop operations run efficiently and accurately each day.

You'll receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch inventory, assist with stocktakes, operate forklifts, and help maintain safe, organised warehouse processes while supporting our workshop and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or parts environment.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Current Forklift Licence (highly regarded).
• Current driver's licence with a safe driving record.
• Proficient with inventory management systems.
• Good teamwork and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts accurately and on time.
• Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, and reconciliations.
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely.
• Deliver parts to customers and liaise with freight providers.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Parts Storeperson to join our Campbelltown Service Centre. This is a hands-on role that is essential to ensuring our parts, warehouse, and workshop operations run efficiently and accurately every day.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Service Centre team, you'll help ensure parts and materials are received, stored, and dispatched accurately while supporting workshop productivity and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory in accordance with company procedures
• Pick, pack, and dispatch parts accurately and on time
• Assist with inventory management, stocktakes, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
• Deliver parts to customers and local business operations as required
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies promptly
• Liaise with freight providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods
• Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain a clean, organised, and compliant warehouse environment
• Support workshop and customer requirements to minimise downtime and maximise efficiency

Ideally, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics, or parts environment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy
• A current Forklift Licence (highly regarded)
• Current driver's licence with a safe driving record
• Good computer skills and experience using inventory management systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the broader team
• A genuine commitment to workplace health and safety

Experience within the automotive, transport, heavy vehicle, manufacturing, or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
