Job summary

Ken Mills Toyota is seeking a Parts Interpreter to support retail, trade and service guests with accurate advice and exceptional customer service. You will interpret parts requirements, process sales, invoices and stock movements while contributing to a well‑organised Parts Department.

The role supports the workshop and other departments, with a focus on team KPIs and a strong work ethic. Full‑time, on‑site employment on the Sunshine Coast region is offered.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter.
• Sound knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Ability to identify automotive components and their applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail.
• The ability to work well in a busy team environment.
• A current Australian Driver Licence.
