Job summary

Ken Mills Toyota Maroochydore is seeking a full-time Parts Interpreter to join our experienced Parts team. You will support retail, trade and service guests with accurate advice and exceptional customer service, while processing sales and managing stock.

The ideal candidate has recent automotive parts interpretation experience, good knowledge of servicing, and strong computer skills. Toyota experience is highly regarded but not essential.

Qualifications

• Recent experience as an Automotive Parts Interpreter.
• Sound knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Ability to identify automotive components and their applications.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong computer and administrative skills.
• High attention to detail.
• A positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to work well in a busy team environment.
• A current Australian Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail, trade and internal service guests.
• Accurately interpret Toyota parts requirements.
• Process parts sales and customer enquiries.
• Prepare invoices and handle transactions.
• Receive, dispatch and organise stock.

About the Role
