Job summary

LMM Holdings Pty Ltd SD Parts, part of Sime Motors Australia, is seeking a customer‑focused Parts Advisor to join our Parts Department. You’ll interpret and process parts orders, manage inventory, and deliver excellent service to retail and workshop customers.

Key duties include accurate invoicing, back‑order management, and liaising with technicians and service advisors. A proactive, organized approach and a clean driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive parts, retail, or a similar customer-facing role.
• High attention to detail with accurate invoicing and paperwork.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process parts orders, accessory requests, and trade quotations accurately and on time
• Ensure prompt service to retail, trade, and workshop customers
• Maintain accurate records, back‑order management, and internal tracking files
• Liaise closely with technicians, service advisors, and warehouse staff
• Maintain a clean, organised, and professional Parts counter environment
• Provide accurate parts advice and identify opportunities to upsell where appropriate
• Ensure WHS compliance and adherence to Sime Motors Australia policies
