Penguin Random House New Zealand is seeking a book‑enthusiast video creator to join our North Sydney team on a three‑day‑a‑week, 12‑month contract. You will craft and disseminate innovative video content for internal comms and podcasts.

You will work with designers, marketers and editors, leveraging Premiere Pro and After Effects to deliver engaging content for social platforms, while collaborating closely with colleagues and stakeholders.

Competenze

• 1+ years of experience creating video content, either professionally or through personal projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro; experience with After Effects and livestreaming tools such as OBS is a plus.
• Strong interest in online content creation and an understanding of how to tailor content to specific audiences.
• Eagerness to learn, develop new skills, and continuously improve.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to share ideas and contribute to team discussions.
