The role supports the branch with a 22.5 hour week across Monday to Friday, 9:00 am—2:30 pm, providing training and development within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with banking transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-day balancing.
• Educate customers on online banking and the mobile app.
• Identify opportunities to improve customers' financial wellbeing with tailored solutions.
