Job summary

Petbarn Weston is seeking a Part Time Supervisor to join our team, approx 15 hours per week. You will assist the Store Manager, coach staff, provide expert advice on pet wellness products, and ensure excellent service to pet parents.

With at least two years' experience in a high-volume retailer, you bring an organised, friendly, and patient approach. You will help with opening/closing, stock, sales, and delivering a welcoming Petbarn experience at Weston.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory assistance to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Offer knowledgeable advice on pet wellness products.
• Build relationships with customers with warm, genuine service.
• Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence.
• Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked; some heavy lifting.
• Assist with sales, returns and large purchases.
• Open and close the store with associated security tasks.

Your Role:

• Provide supervisory assistance to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager

• Train and coach the store team to deliver service excellence, business objectives and best practice
• Keep the store organised and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
• Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
• Responsibility of opening and closing the store with associated security tasks
