Job summary

Petbarn Castle Hill is seeking a Part Time Supervisor (~25 hours per week) to support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. You will provide expert guidance on health and wellness products for pets, build relationships with customers, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.

The role involves maintaining organised shelves, handling sales and returns, and carrying out opening/closing duties with the security tasks that come with it.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in a high-volume retailer.
• Able to provide expert advice on pet wellness products.
• Friendly, patient and eager to help.
