Pronto Pilates is seeking a part-time Studio Operations Specialist for our Caloundra studio. This hands-on role, 6–10 hours per week, reports to the Studio Success Manager and focuses on delivering a 5-star member experience through clean, welcoming spaces and smooth studio operations.

You’ll manage equipment, stock, maintenance coordination, and engage with local businesses to promote Pronto Pilates. Flexible shifts avoid peak member hours, with competitive hourly pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Be meticulous about cleanliness and order (think "Marie Kondo").
• Strong organisational skills with multitasking ability.
• Self-managing, proactive, and service-minded.
• Proven reliability in admin or supervisory tasks.
• Confident in connecting with members and local businesses.
• Previous experience in a similar operations/admin role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, adjusting, and maintaining exercise equipment.
• Maintaining studio ambience by monitoring lighting, temperature and odours.
• Managing stock and coordinating deliveries.
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for occasional maintenance.
• On-call to address urgent cleaning and maintenance needs.
• Proactive engagement with members and local businesses.
• Reporting essential studio stats to the Studio Success Manager.
