Sheridan Outlet Townsville is seeking a driven Store Manager for a part-time role (32 hours per week). Lead a high-performing team, drive store KPIs and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment. You will oversee stock, merchandising and day-to-day operations with a focus on strong execution and brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example to build an inclusive, high-performing team while driving budgets, KPIs and great customer experiences.
• Create a strong customer-first environment where every interaction reflects the brand and a consistently high level of service.
• Coach and develop your team through regular on-the-spot feedback, support and ongoing capability building.
• Execute visual merchandising in-store, balancing brand guidelines, customer needs and store presentation with commercial judgement.
• Take ownership of stock processes and daily operations, keeping priorities clear to support smooth day-to-day running.
