Bras N Things Parramatta is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will work with the Store Manager to coach a team, manage stock, and drive KPIs in a fast-paced retail environment.

This full-time role at 38 hours per week offers training, career growth within Hanes Brands Australia, and opportunities to contribute to an inclusive, community-focused retail culture.

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Parramatta store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours per week.

• Support the delivery of inclusive, positive, and respectful customer experiences
• Assist with training, coaching, and development to help the team achieve store budgets and KPIs
• Support the setup and maintenance of in-store displays in line with visual merchandising (VM) guidelines
• Assist with stock processing and deliveries as part of day-to-day store operations
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and wider team on operational and additional tasks as required
