Job summary

Lowes Manhattan Pty is seeking a capable Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager at Joondalup WA on a part-time basis, helping run the daily store operations and deliver outstanding results while ensuring an amazing in-store experience for customers.

You will lead with strong people skills, coach and develop the team, and push for a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment. This role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience and a genuine passion for retail.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management/supervisor experience.
• Experience coaching and developing a team.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
• Customer and team focused mindset.
• Passion for retail and delivering great service.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager with day-to-day running of the store.
