Job summary

Eldercare Head Office in Eastwood is seeking a senior program leader (social worker, OT, or related health professional) to move from clinical care into a broad, system-wide role coordinating lifestyle services across Eldercare’s thirteen residential sites.

You will work with the General Manager Wellbeing and Allied Programs to develop, implement and refine the lifestyle program, strengthening governance, ensuring high-quality practice and alignment with the Eldercare Model of Care while guiding

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, Healthy Ageing, or an equivalent field
• A deep commitment to enhancing the wellbeing of older people
• An ability to recruit, train and lead a high performing team of Wellbeing Consultants
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to enable collaboration and support change

Responsibilities

• Lead the ongoing development, implementation and refinement of lifestyle services across Eldercare’s thirteen residential aged care sites
• Strengthen governance and build consistent high-quality practice
• Design the lifestyle program for the future reflecting best practice and the Eldercare Model of Care
• Collaborate with Wellbeing, Volunteer and Operations Program teams, Site Operations Managers and clinical staff to increase resident participation and wellbeing across four activity themes
