Job summary

Sidney Health Center is seeking an Activity Aide/Driver to provide safe transportation for residents to medical appointments and community outings, while assisting with activities and scheduling. This is a part-time role (32 hours per two-week pay period) with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour, aligned with experience and internal pay structure.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, organized, and patient; requires a current Montana driver's license with an acceptable driving record; CPR

Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred but not required.
• Current, valid Montana driver's license with an acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments, community outings, and other approved destinations while ensuring resident safety and comfort.
• Assist residents with entering and exiting the facility vehicle using appropriate safety techniques and equipment.
• Maintain transportation schedules, mileage logs, vehicle inspections, and promptly report maintenance or safety concerns.
