Job summary

Centorrino Technologies in Melbourne, VIC, AU is seeking a part-time Security Compliance Officer to join our Technology team. You will maintain accurate records across risk, compliance, security, health and safety, assurance and governance, reporting to the CTO.

The successful candidate will obtain NV1 clearance, coordinate routine actions, prepare audit-ready evidence and support reviews while escalating exceptions to enable informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining risk, compliance, incident, training, security clearance, access, policy and assurance records.
• Working knowledge of administrative controls across risk, compliance, security, health and safety, assurance and governance environments.
• Strong coordination, organisation and follow-through skills, with the ability to manage recurring daily, weekly, monthly and event-based activities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when managing records, evidence, deadlines and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate risk, obligations, incident, audit, improvement and assurance registers, ensuring owners, due dates, status and evidence are current.
• Assist with reminders, follow-ups and escalation of overdue actions and exceptions.
