About Us
Reflective Fabrications (RF) has been producing high-visibility and safety garments in Melbourne for more than 38 years. We’re proudly Australian made and Ethical Clothing Australia certified, which means we pay legal wages, invest in our people, and manufacture everything in-house.

We are growing fast and need experienced seamstresses to join our production team at Clayton South.

The Role
We are looking for two part-time seamstresses / machinists to help produce our safety vests and custom uniforms for emergency services, government, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities:

• Sewing vests and garments using industrial machines (single needle, overlocker, buttonhole, etc.)
• Applying reflective tape and trims
• Following production instructions from the Production Coordinator
• Maintaining a clean and safe workstation

Requirements:

• Must have experience operating industrial sewing machines
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail
• Fluent English is a must
