Job summary

Subway in Gunnedah is hiring 5 new PART TIME Sandwich Artists to join our team. Shifts include Morning staff and Evening shift; high school students are welcome to apply.

No experience is necessary as full training and Subway courses are provided. You will work with a supportive team, maintain hygiene standards, and deliver friendly service to customers.

Growth opportunities exist as you develop skills and potentially move into supervisory roles.

• Experience in food service or retail helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn Subway training courses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
• Comply with Food Code of Practice.
• Till Operator.
• Monitoring stock levels.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
• Follow security & safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.
• Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales and catering for customer needs.

• We are looking for 5 new PART TIME team members.
• High school students (Year 10, 11 and 12) are welcome to apply.

Shifts Schedule:

• Morning staff
• Evening shift

Lots of room for growth and training provided.

Previous experience in food preparation, retail sales and/or customer service is desirable but not essential because you will receive full training and undertake various University of Subway® courses. What’s more important is a winning attitude. If you’re currently working in retail or in a restaurant, perhaps you are studying or have recently graduated and are looking to start a career in the food industry. This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
