Job summary

Unison is seeking a Sales Assistant who thrives on creating an elevated customer experience and contributes to a confident, dressed-up-casual style. You’ll support personal styling and maintain store presentation while assisting customers with transactions and fitting-room styling.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Eye for detail with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
• Exceed sales targets and business KPIs.
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
