Unison is seeking Christmas Casual Sales Assistants in Maroochydore to deliver an elevated customer experience and showcase modern Australian style. Training and on-the-job learning are provided.

You’ll work flexible hours across November 2026 to January 2027, including weekends and holidays, with the chance to move into permanent roles. Applicants should have fashion retail experience and a passion for styling.

Recruitment for these roles will begin in September, with start dates ranging from early to mid-November depending on store needs and candidate availability.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
• Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Experience in a similar fashion retail role with a strong sense of personal style.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system
• An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and Visual Merchandising.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

Please note: We’re looking for aflexible approach to work throughout November 2026 - January 2027, including weekends, Public Holidays and extended trade. You may also be required to work across multiple stores within your designated area.
