Job summary

Unison Label is seeking a Sales Assistant to deliver an elevated customer experience and style guidance across our modern Australian fashion range.

You will manage stock, maintain in-store presentation, and process sales at the POS while driving KPI performance and ensuring an on-brand, inclusive shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fashion retail with strong personal style.
• Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system.
• Eye for detail with passion for styling and visual merchandising.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction.
• Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning.
• Process customer transactions on the point-of-sale system.
• Exceed sales targets and business KPI achievements.
• Provide styling advice and support in fitting rooms.
