Bonds Warrnambool is hiring a Part Time Sales Assistant to join our Bonds store. This role is part-time, 20.5 hours per week, with a roster on Mon, Tue, Thu and Sunday.

We value a genuine passion for retail and customer service, initiative, and clear communication. Flexibility across weekdays, evenings, and weekends helps the team during peak periods.

About The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Part Time Sales Assistant to join the team at our Bonds, Warrnambool store.

This is a part-time position, 20.5 hours per week. Rostered days: Mon, Tues, Thurs & Sunday

• A genuine passion for retail and customer service — your best days are the ones where you’ve created memorable and empowering experiences for every customer
• Confidence to use your initiative — you’re proactive and enjoy getting things done, often jumping in to support before being asked
• Clear, positive, and approachable communication skills — you bring energy to every interaction and help create a welcoming in-store experience
• Flexibility — availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends to support the team when needed
• Previous fashion retail experience is great, but not essential — we value attitude, willingness to learn, and a positive mindset
