Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking energetic retail team members for the Melbourne concessions with Myer and David Jones. You’ll help customers find the right footwear, style outfits, and maintain premium in-store presentation across premium brands.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail environments.
• Ability to upsell and build customer relationships.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and footwear desirable.

• Drive sales by building genuine customer connections.
• Represent our brands with exceptional styling, product knowledge and presentation.
• Maintain visual standards that bring the collection to life.
• Support store operations including stock, styling and point of sale.
• Work closely with Myer or David Jones partners to create a seamless in store experience.
