Job summary

Steve Madden Australia is seeking an Area Manager to lead our Victoria, South and Western Australia region. You will coach Store Managers, drive sales, uphold brand standards and ensure exceptional customer experiences across multiple stores.

You'll shape regional energy, manage rosta and budgets, stay hands-on with product and visual merchandising, and build strong partnerships across the business to deliver standout results.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing five or more stores (Area Manager level)
• Concession experience is a MUST
• Proven track record of driving sales and performance
• Passionate about developing people and leading teams
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Roster and budget management capability
• Visual merchandising experience
• Love for footwear and our brands

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers and high performing teams
• Set the regional tone with coaching, training and operational excellence
• Drive results through exceptional customer service and store execution
• Build strong relationships with partners across the wider business
• Stay hands on with product, trends and store presentation
• Oversee Victoria, South and Western Australia regional operations
