Job summary

Healthcare Australia (HCA) is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Homecare team on a casual basis, with the potential for a part-time permanent role. You will travel across South West Sydney to deliver holistic care in clients' homes, supporting independence and comfort.

Key duties include clinical and personal care, tailored care planning, wound care, and assisting with medical equipment. Excellent communication is essential to build trust with clients and their families.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in Aged Care or Community Home Care is preferred.
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and personal care that meets each client's needs.
• Develop tailored care plans using clinical judgment and compassion.
• Provide wound care and support clients with medical equipment (catheters, continence aids).
• Offer social and emotional support to help clients feel safe and connected.
