Job summary

Telstra Retail in Ballarat is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service & Sales Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences and expert product guidance. You will help customers choose the right solutions, activate services, and troubleshoot simple issues, contributing to store performance.
