Job summary

The Psychology Alley in Sydney CBD is seeking a psychologist to join our private practice as an employee for 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays). You will provide evidence-based therapy to adult clients and receive CPD support and peer consultation to develop your clinical niche.

This role is designed for mid-career psychologists seeking an aligned caseload, stability, and a path toward mentoring or senior roles as the practice expands.

Qualifications

• Fully registered with AHPRA to practice as a psychologist.
• Eligible to work in Australia with valid work rights.
• Experienced in providing therapy to adult clients.
• Thoughtful, reliable, and reflective in your clinical work.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based psychological therapy to adult clients.
• Maintain timely, high-quality clinical notes and records.
• Prepare GP and referrer correspondence as required.
• Participate in case discussion and reflective practice as appropriate.
• Systems, referrals, and practice infrastructure are in place so you can focus on clinical work.
