Hillcrest Family Medicine is seeking two part-time Practice Nurses to join our supportive team. These roles offer opportunities to develop skills in a General Practice setting with a focus on patient education and high-quality care.

Successful candidates will hold current AHPRA registration and have experience in busy GP clinics, chronic disease management, immunisations, wound care and related duties. The team-oriented environment values adaptability and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA Registration.
• Experience in a busy General Practice.
• Experience in Chronic Disease Management and Health Assessments preferred.
• Ability to perform immunisations, wound care and practice nurse duties.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage fluctuating demand.

Responsibilities

• Immunisations, procedure assistance and wound dressing.
• Stock ordering and inventory management.
• Reminder/recall system management.
• Provide quality patient care to diverse patient groups.
