Job summary

Family Doctor is seeking a part-time Practice Nurse to join our Noosa team. Bring your AHPRA registration and experience in a busy General Practice to deliver patient education and high-quality care.

You will perform immunisations, wound care, procedure support, and health assessments, while managing reminder/recall systems and supporting stock ordering. The role offers mentorship, CPD access, and a collaborative professional environment on the Sunshine Coast.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration and ability to work in a General Practice.
• Experience in a busy GP/primary health setting is preferred.
• Experience with chronic disease management and health assessments is advantageous.
• Ability to perform immunisations, wound care and procedure support.
• Capable of managing reminders/recall systems and stock ordering.
• Strong communication skills and patient-centred care in diverse populations.
• Familiarity with Practice software such as Cubiko, HotDoc or Automed is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform immunisations, wound care and procedure assistance.
