Job summary

MTC FutureReady is hiring a SEE Administration and Participant Support Officer in Maitland. This part-time contract role runs weekdays from 9:00am to 2:30pm, supporting participants to overcome barriers and stay engaged in training.

You will handle administration, customer service, and stakeholder engagement to help participants move toward sustainable employment. The role reports to the SEE Area Manager and requires strong organisational, communication and data-entry skills, plus experience

Qualifications

• Strong administration and computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office and data entry platforms.
• Experience in participant support, case management or employment services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse backgrounds.
• Customer service, coaching, mentoring, problem-solving and confidentiality are essential.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support for SEE staff, including files, resources, appointments and meetings.
• Maintain participant records and data entry across Salesforce and Workforce Australia.
• Support site operations, WHS, complaints and process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to participants and visitors.
• Offer one-on-one and group coaching to help participants progress toward employment or study.
• Build relationships with participants, community organisations, and service providers.
• Develop tailored support plans and referrals for intensive support needs.
