Job summary

Ninja Parc Fyshwick is seeking a passionate Ninja Master to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes for kids, teens and adults. This part-time role emphasizes movement, coaching and leadership within a supportive community, with training provided and plenty of room for creativity.

You will deliver high quality sessions across age groups, develop Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger programs, drive growth targets, organise competitions, connect with the local community and uphold the Ninja Parc

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver high quality classes and coaching.
• Ability to work with kids, teens and adults.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• A proactive attitude.
• Coaching qualification.
• Current First Aid and CPR.
• Current Drivers Licence.
• Experience/certification in gymnastics, obstacle/ninja, parkour, calisthenics, working with children, and customer service are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality classes for kids, teens and adults
• Deliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger development
• Uphold the quality of all Ninja Parc product and programs
• Achieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targets
• Organise and deliver Ninja competitions
• Help to connect Ninja Parc with the local community
• Follow Ninja Parc systems and process
• Inspire and lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers
