Sustainable Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Accounts Bookkeeper / Clerk to join our small Design & Construction team in a flexible part-time role or as an ABN contractor. The position requires a minimum of 15 hours per week and at least 5 years of MYOB experience.

Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), have strong numerical and administrative skills, and be able to work independently during normal business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a similar role using MYOB.
• Good computer literacy with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong numerical, administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• MYOB data entry for Accounts Receivable/Payable.
• Daily sales and bank reconciliation in MYOB.
• Preparing monthly operations reports.
• Maintaining a daily cash flow.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
