Job summary

Australian Christian College Casey is seeking a dedicated Secondary Maths Teacher to join the ACC Casey community on a 0.8 FTE basis from Term 1, 2027. The role includes teaching Secondary and VCE Mathematics and may include a position of responsibility as Secondary Coordinator for suitably experienced applicants.

Qualifications

Experience teaching Secondary and VCE Mathematics
Ability to contribute to curriculum development across the Secondary years
Commitment to evidence-informed teaching and professional learning
Willingness to integrate Christian faith into teaching & school culture

Responsibilities

Teach Secondary and VCE Mathematics to develop understanding, confidence and problem‑solving skills
Contribute to curriculum, assessment and instructional practices as the school grows to P–12
Provide instructional coaching and engage in ongoing professional learning with colleagues
Collaborate with staff to build a culture of academic excellence in a growing Secondary program
Support leadership as a potential Secondary Coordinator when applicable
