St Paul’s Junior Campus, Balgowlah is seeking passionate Learner Diversity Assistants to support students to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Two temporary part-time roles are available (42 hours per fortnight) from 28 Jan 2027 to 27 Jan 2028, working within a welcoming, faith-filled community.

The role involves collaborating with staff, delivering evidence-based interventions such as MacqLit, and supporting literacy and numeracy development while prioritising student wellbeing.

Formación

• A deep commitment to safeguarding as everyone's responsibility and prioritising child safety.
• Experience delivering evidence-based intervention programs, including MacqLit, with confidence and accuracy.
• Experience supporting literacy, numeracy and other targeted intervention programs to improve student outcomes.
