Job summary

Simon Curwood Jewellers Pty is seeking an Administration Professional to join our Chermside team in a part-time capacity. You will support the team with general administrative tasks, enabling our sales professionals to focus on client engagements and sales.

The role requires 3+ years in administration, strong communication, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with sales/inventory software is helpful, and the position is part-time (20–25 hours/week) at our Chermside showroom.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in administration role.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Familiarity with sales and inventory-based software for customer orders & invoicing (not essential).

Responsibilities

• General administration support to keep the team organised and efficient.
• Organise and manage client orders.
• Manage store supplies and workplace resources.
• Coordinate events, VIP client evenings, marketing activities and store functions.
• Record customer orders, deposits, payments and balances accurately.
